How Sonar works

A continuous loop —
not a one-off survey.

Most change tools measure once and produce a deck. Sonar measures continuously, surfaces the smallest next move, and learns from what actually worked. Octo runs the loop.

01

Diagnose

Each participant runs a 10-minute private assessment, rating their own layer AND the layer above across six dimensions (sponsorship, clarity, capability, culture, communication, commitment). Borrows the Aiware method.

Octo Octo cross-references every layer so you can see where the story is consistent and where it breaks.
02

Score

Sonar computes five live scores 0–100 — Awareness, Readiness, Adoption, Risk and Commitment — plus a composite Change Adoption Score (CAS). All weights are transparent and configurable.

Octo Octo names the pattern: starved from above, hollow below, refreezing too early.
03

Pathway

A live metro line plots where you are across Unfreeze → Transition → Adopt → Reinforce, with ghost markers for every past snapshot so regressions are visible too.

Octo Octo projects the stall point if nothing changes — and offers 2–3 branch forks with simulated impact.
04

Act

Recommendations are leverage-ranked: (impact / effort) × confidence. Each one is costed in your currency, sequenced Now / Next / Later, and links to the right Academy module or sponsor coaching.

Octo Octo pins the smallest move with the largest forecasted lift to the top — always.

Try it now — Sonar Lite.

A 60-second public ping. Three questions, indicative score, Octo's first read. When you sign in, the full Sonar runs the same loop at depth — across every layer, every dimension, every snapshot.
